The room was well furnished, VERY NICE facilities. The hotel was in a riverside setting to RIDMA who was in the restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed my very comfortable stay on vacation. The location of this hotel was great. Besides, I was right by a river and a botanical garden. Arabic cuisine was served in the a la carte restaurant. I do recommend the place.

Everything was nice, the parking was on site, the room was nice styled and neat. The staff was exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The service was amazing with a smooth check-in. The location was particularly good and beautiful, just a pleasant stroll away from Katugastota Jummah Mosque. The hotel was relaxing and the à la carte restaurant was nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, surrounded by beautiful gardens and fruit trees with a view of the river. The staff was friendly and made me feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the delicious traditional Sri Lankan food. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway.

This is a family hotel. The hotel is clean and has great river-view. The good was good and they offer a buffet dinner every night. The hotel is located in the centratl area of Kandy.

The staff was a bit not effecient when we checked out. The price of the hotel is not the best as other hotels in the same city had better services (better food, hotel design, location..etc). for the same price. In general it is not bad but if you have a chance choose Earl Regency as it is better for the same price

Everything was perfect, met requirements, and the staff were very polite and polite people from the management down. The location was marvellous, near the town center, in the lovely area. A gym and treadmills were right on spot. Got extra water when I needed.

We loved the location of this hotel, situated on the banks of a beautiful river. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a truly amazing pool that overlooked the lush greenery around. We found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning, with a good variety of options ranging from the local cuisine to continental fare.

Expencive and a bit too eager to sell excursions

Very nice place to stay, perfect room, beautiful territory, friendly staff. Rich variety of food, especially deserts. Hotel is located on the river and you can go boat trips with breakfast. Good location for visiting Sri Lanka attractions in Kandy, Sigiriya and Nuwara Eliya. Perfect for celebrating Christmas

The value for money at Mahaweli Reach was excellent, with spacious and uniquely decorated rooms. The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views from the balconies and a spectacular pool overlooking the river. The staff at Mahaweli Reach were attentive, hospitable, and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more options for personalized choices like egg preparation and juice preferences.

This is a splendid hotel with marvellous architecture and luxury amenities. Service and food was excellent, as well as the staff. All members of our party, included the children were delighted and had a fantastic time.

Good location, nice premises with river view, spacious rooms, beauty of nature, fantastic variety of food in buffet dinner, possibility of swimming in the pool late evening, friendly staff and highly professional management which can solve any issue. Best recommendations.

The hotel had a beautiful location by the river, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The large rooms were well-equipped with amenities like tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, TV, and en-suite bathroom. the breakfast and evening meals were delicious and satisfying.

There were several disappointments during my stay. The information provided by the hotel staff regarding dining options was inconsistent, leading to confusion and inconvenience.
